Kevin Cunningham
For more than thirty years, Coach Kevin has dedicated his life to helping others discover the lessons boxing has to offer. While students gain fitness, confidence, and self defense, he believes the greatest victories are found in discipline, humility, and service to others. His goal has always been to build more than strong athletes. He strives to build a community where people are encouraged to become the very best versions of themselves.

Coach Brad
“You can do anything” is a phrase that you will often hear when working with coach Brad because he truly believes that given enough effort and dedication, you can do anything you seek to do. Brad challenges you to get the most out of yourself, one more rep, one more set, one more lap. He enjoys focusing on mobility and footwork, muscular and cardiovascular endurance and inside fighting, all in service of outlasting an opponent because you only truly lose if you give up. Coach Brad is also a barber, a musician, an absurdist, and has entirely too many hobbies.
“There is only one direction the water goes. It only goes forward.”

Coach Christian
Coach Christian brings years of direct fighting experience carved from the disciplines of the military, to sanctioned fights in the ring, and perfected by studying fighters and their style. That’s as real as fighting and coaching can get. Yet, Chris patiently breaks down moves and techniques so that novices and veterans alike can learn the sweet science of boxing. Chris’ direct no-bs teaching is what makes his approach unbreakable, applicable, and extremely effective. His downside is being better looking (and a better fighter) than Travis Kelce!

Coach Amy
I’ve been involved in boxing, martial arts, and fitness coaching for over a decade. After earning my second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and coaching kickboxing, I joined the KC’s Fitness family in 2022. I love helping members challenge themselves while making workouts fun with specialty classes, mobility sessions, and creative programming. Outside the gym, I’m a criminal justice professor, runner, and proud mom of three. You might also find my two golden retrievers, Moose and Maple, at the gym, ready to greet members with wagging tails.

Matt has been training at KC’s for five years and runs our open class on Sunday mornings. For Matt, God lives in the basics, and he is passionate about helping people understand this. Things don’t need to be fancy. Understanding your connection to the ground, transferring weight, and staying relaxed is 90% of the process for Matt. His patience with new members is unparalleled, and he exemplifies the gym’s philosophy that "We teach what we need to learn, and we must teach it over and over until we learn it.” Outside of boxing, Matt enjoys competitive hockey and reading for an hour each evening

Coach Jared
Jared Lina has been training in boxing for fourteen years and coaching for the last several. His love for life and the sport is infectious. There is a playfulness to his classes, but play for Jared is a serious endeavor. He wants folks to have fun, yet he demands full investment. “Come to class with something to work on, and let's show we are serious about the play.” There is a balancing act with this coach in that he feels you should not take yourself too seriously, but you should be very serious about the discipline of training. Outside the gym, he enjoys triathlons, running races, and spending time with his beautiful fiance Colleen.

Youth Boxing
Coach Grace
Grace leads our Little Boxers program and is simply masterful. Grace has a knack for breaking things down so people can understand in small bites. It doesn’t matter if it is a child or an adult, but her sense of play and love is most alive when teaching the youth. She has been studying martial arts for twenty years and boxing for seven. Grace has an adventurous spirit and has studied martial arts while traveling and living in China, New Zealand, and the West Coast. Outside the gym, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending family time with her Irish clan.
