NEW! Open Gym
Starting Friday January 13th
Fridays: 5:00PM-6:30PM
Beginning Friday, January 13th, and continuing each
following Friday until May 26th, KC’s fitness will now offer an
“open gym night” from 5:00-6:30 PM. Coach Todd will be
facilitating these sessions geared towards whoever chooses
to attend and is not one of our standard classes. For some
folks, it may be an opportunity to come in and work out on
your own, hit the bags, ride the bikes, lift weights, and get in
one more workout for the week. For others, it may be an
opportunity to have Coach Todd run you through some
stations, hit mitts, or work on improving a skill area you
choose. For our new folks, it may be a perfect time to slow
things down a bit; learn how to better wrap your hands, or
simply work on the very fundamentals of our training before
jumping into your next class. So, no matter your skill level or interest, KC’s Fitness offers yet another opportunity for a knockout workout!
