Overview
Since 1992, thousands of young people have invested themselves in our boxing and conditioning programs. The physical and mental health benefits of our program are second to none. Young people starting off in our program are schooled in the basics of boxing and integrated into a class with more experienced students. All of our students are expected to teach what they themselves need to learn, and they teach it over and over again until they learn it. In order to get the most out of our program, students embrace our rules and become invested in our highly structured program. All of our training is challenging and safe with an emphasis on teaching young people how to execute strict form while using the heavy bags, focus mitts, jump roping, and calisthenics. The training can be rigorous, but we meet kids where they are and challenge them to grow into the best versions of themselves.

Students come away with more than just great physical conditioning and some self defence. They are immersed in a supportive environment that emphasizes commitment to the community and adherance to an ethos that follows the students well beyond their time in this gym. Boxing may be an individual sport, but we teach that we can do no great things alone. Coaches and students work to improve not just themselves, but each other. Anyone can teach a young athlete to move from point A to B, but for over thirty years we have succeeded at creating an environment that inspires students to be their best; this gym will do that for your child.

Competitive Pursuits
For students who invest time in this great place and wish to test their skills beyond the gym, we can take them on a journey if they demonstrate a commitment and their parents are supportive. There are local venues and tournaments such as the Golden Gloves that boxers from our gym have competed in over the many years. Athletes who are interested in sparring classes, and have parental consent, must be in the gym for a minimum of three months before we condiser letting them spar with another more experienced boxer.
