This program understands what aspects of martial arts training are relevant and applicable to the realm of athletics. Kevin has put together a conditioning program unlike any that that most colleges or professional athletics are likely to experience. I can assure you that the physical and mental challenges will improve the athletic performance in any sport.

Intelligent weight training and conditioning is indispensable for improving performance, but cross training in this modality will provide remarkable improvements in proprioceptive abilities and core strength functions. It is precisely these learned skill-related components that will allow athletes to become more explosive, hit things harder and redirect what comes at them more efficiently.

The athletic conditioning, technical expertise and psychological benefits I received from this program were greater than anything that I could have imagined. It gave me tremendous preparation for professional hockey, and any athlete would greatly benefit from this training program.

Kevins classes and seminars are not simply clinical in nature; they are designed to cross train athletes in a vigorous fashion and are perfect for pre- or post season play. Coaches can be confident that their players are being challenged on a mental and physical level. As an exercise physiologist and former college football player, I can definitely say that this is a conditioning program that will yield powerful results for competitive athletes, and anyone else for that matter, who wishes to improve their fitness level.

Ju Jitsu has taught me a tremendous amount of submission techniques and I love the art, but my exposure to catch wrestling has expanded my knowledge base by helping me understand how many of the movements and attempts are chained together.

When I first started working with Corey in grappling I had a background in Brazilian Ju Jitsu, with the addition of catch wrestling and Greco roman wrestling into my training I have learned a series of new submission attempts that flow with my previous training and improved my ground game.

I have trained in martial arts and boxing for over six years but never had any exposure to grappling. Corey is an excellent teacher and makes the class challenging but not overwhelming... in no way do I feel out of place. Corey does everything possible to ensure the safety of all participants. I can safely say that anyone regardless of their knowledge base would reap great benefits from this discipline.

I have trained in martial arts and boxing for well over twenty years. I can definitively say that anyone would gain from Coreys unique experience and exceptional talents. Those with previous grappling experience would learn new things to enhance their ground game and others without any background would enjoy the enthusiasm and passion that Corey brings to the mat.
