General Membership
Membership Rates:
OPTION 1:    Initial payment of $116 for first and last months dues, $58 per month after that, no annual contract. Clients simply give 30-day notice. Individuals wishing to pay for only one month will be charged $75.
OPTION 2:    $48 per month with a twelve-month contract.
OPTION 3:    $495 annual membership, paid up-front. This option includes four one-hour training sessions that can be used in the boxing or weight room.


The general membership includes access to all weightlifting and cardiovascular facilities on the third floor, as well as boxing, martial arts, and mixed martial arts classes on the tower level. New members will receive a complimentary workout on the exercise machines in order to orient themselves to the facility. Personal training sessions are separate from the general membership and must be purchased separately.

Classes are taught by individuals who possess black belts, boxing/kickboxing, or mixed martial arts experience. Although most of our students are not training to be fighters, classes are highly technical in nature and clients should expect to derive self-defense benefits as well as fitness from this endeavor.
